Welcome to Scotia Outdoors - the new name for Trek Direct and Country Trader. We are bringing together both our websites to allow our customers access to a much larger range of goodies. We are based on the Isle of Skye - a place a wild weather and tough terrain. This helps us to choose the best outdoor kit for the rougest applications. Much of the kit we sell is either used by us or has been tested by our friends and neighbours. So whatever activity you're into - walking or stalking, bushcraft or beating, we have something for you.

Trix Tick Lasso!

Ticks...love 'em or hate 'em....er, no, just hate 'em actually. We have a new answer, the Tick Lasso. Made in Sweden, the Trix Tick Lasso is in use by the NHS and a growing number of Vets. It's simple to use on humans and animals, can be disinfected with alcohol and is better at removing mouth parts than hooks and tweezers.
